A cleanser and makeup remover that does not tighten the face. An oil that turns into milk when in contact with water and is easily washed off. In the evening, our face is a mixture of cosmetics, city dust, and our own skin secretions. Like dissolves in like - oil easily dissolves dirt, grease, and cosmetics.
Hydrophilic oil will especially appeal to oily and combination skin. It removes excess oiliness and blackheads. Wash off any remaining oil with gel/foam.
For dry skin, you can apply the oil to damp skin, so you immediately wash your face with milk. It is important to take a sufficient amount of oil so that it captures all the dirt and washes off without leaving a film.
 
Alternative use:
add enzyme powder to the hydrophilic oil, wash your face as usual. You will get a light scrub and a light peeling with enzymes;
mix hydrophilic oil and essential oils, dissolve in the bath (if you drop essential oils directly into the bath, they will not dissolve and you can get irritation);
use as shaving oil.
